Texas Truck Driver Sentenced For Cocaine Conspiracy

A Texas truck driver, Javier Robledo Perez (39), was sentenced in a Massachusetts federal court on July 8th. The charges stemmed from his involvement in a multi-state cocaine trafficking operation.

Perez pleaded guilty in April 2024 to conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute cocaine. According to court documents, he was a commercial driver who transported roughly 30 kilograms of cocaine for a drug organization based in Mexico and Texas.
