Peloton is pursuing a claim against Flexport

Peloton is locked in a dispute with freight forwarder Flexport. Peloton filed a complaint with the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) alleging they were charged millions of dollars in unfair fees.

The complaint centers on delays in moving Peloton's import containers within the United States. Peloton claims Flexport's sluggish handling resulted in significant detention and demurrage (D&D) charges between 2020 and 2023. The exact amount of these fees is undisclosed, but Peloton describes them as amounting to "millions of dollars."
