J.B Hunt Launches Logistics Venture Lab with UP.Labs

J.B. Hunt is partnering with UP.Labs to establish the Logistics Venture Lab (LVL), a new initiative aimed at addressing challenges in logistics and freight.

Announced at the UP.Summit, this collaboration intends to launch up to six AI-driven startups over the next three years. These startups will focus on key issues in freight brokerage, intermodal transport, dedicated transportation, and truckload services.

The first startup is anticipated to launch in 2025, concentrating on utilizing artificial intelligence, big data, and other emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and address common industry challenges.

The lab aims to improve operations throughout the supply chain and provide innovative solutions for transportation providers.
