A Montgomery County Constable's Office deputy recently conducted an inspection of a commercial vehicle and discovered multiple serious violations.
The driver was found to be operating the truck without a valid commercial driver's license or insurance. Additionally, the truck was overweight and had loose gravel, posing a safety hazard.
Statement from Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden, Pct. 4 Constable, Montgomery County, TX:
“Recently, a truck was found to be overweight, had loose gravel & the driver lacked a commercial driver’s license & valid insurance. Shockingly, the truck’s owner admitted to purchasing a fake insurance card & TXDOT registration from the Facebook Marketplace.

As a result, the truck was towed, and both the driver and the owner received citations. We’re committed to keeping our roads safe & holding everyone accountable.”
