Daylight Transport has been named the top overall less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier in Mastio’s annual value and loyalty survey. The report, released on Tuesday, also recognized Old Dominion Freight Line as the leading national carrier for the second consecutive year.
This year’s survey evaluated 164 carriers, with only 23 receiving enough ratings to make the list. Mastio gathered approximately 5,000 observations from 1,608 LTL shippers through phone interviews with key decision-makers conducted from June to the end of September.
