In a record-breaking bust, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers seized a staggering 6.5 tons of methamphetamine, valued at over $117 million, at the Camino Real International Bridge on February 18th.

This marks the largest methamphetamine seizure ever at a U.S. port of entry. No images available at this time per CBP.

Alert officers flagged a suspicious tractor-trailer carrying "drying agent for piglets" for further inspection. Canine and advanced technology scans revealed nearly 13,101 pounds of the illegal drug hidden within. This significant haul highlights the ongoing efforts of CBP to combat drug trafficking and protect national security.
