GA Cargo Theft Investigation Turns Up $1 Million In Stolen Goods

Law enforcement in Effingham County, GA along with collaborating agencies, seized over $1 million worth of stolen goods during a cargo theft investigation.

The discovery came after a search warrant execution by the ECSO's Criminal Investigation Division at AA Auto Shipping and TMM International in Rincon, GA.

The recovered items included large quantities of cell phones, Peloton equipment and parts, all neatly packed on pallets. While detectives are currently taking inventory and securing the items, no arrests or charges have been made yet.
